Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Maintenance Manager for our on-site office located in Riyadh. The Maintenance Manager will oversee daily maintenance operations, ensuring the company's vehicle fleet is in optimal condition. Responsibilities include managing maintenance schedules, performing preventive maintenance, supervising a team of technicians, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. The role also requires evaluating and improving maintenance processes to maximize efficiency and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• Strong Supervisory Skills to lead and manage a maintenance team effectively.
• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure the longevity and reliability of the vehicle fleet.
• Experience in Maintenance Management and the ability to streamline maintenance processes.
• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks for a diverse fleet of vehicles.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards and practices, including safety regulations.
• Bachelor's degree or professional certification in Automotive Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in fleet maintenance management or a similar role is an advantage.
