We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Planning & Inspection Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspection, planning, and optimization of maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability, asset integrity, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection activities for mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure asset integrity.
- Preventive and corrective maintenance plans to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Conduct evaluations and rootcause analysis for equipment failures.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and recommend maintenance and inspection improvements.
- Review inspection reports submitted by third party and plan for the corrective actions.
- Well experience in rotating equipment inspection and maintenance activities.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and international standards in all maintenance and inspection activities.
- Support shutdown planning and execution, including scope definition and resource planning.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in inspection and maintenance planning within heavy industry or chemical manufacturing.
- Proven experience in maintenance inspection, planning, and reliability.
- Knowledge of non-destructive testing (NDT) methods such as ultrasonic, radiographic, and dye penetrant testing.
- Understanding of risk-based inspection (RBI) principles.
- Familiarity with maintenance management systems and inspection techniques.
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, equipment drawings, and technical manuals.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Residence: Must be residing in Alexandria, Egypt.
