Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Maintenance Supervisor / Team Leader located in Dubai. The Maintenance Supervisor or Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and managing maintenance and repair tasks on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience as engineering / maintenance role in hospitality or facility management is a must.
• Minimum 3 years experience as facilities or maintenance team leader or supervisor
• UAE driving license is a must
• Strong background in HVAC and Electrical and very good knowledge of MEP and civil.
• Maintenance & Repair and Troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication in English and organizational skills
• Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and procedures
• Technical certification or diploma in a related field
