Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all plant equipment (concrete mixers, molds, cranes, conveyors, compressors, electrical substations).
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure continuous production.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical failures and identify root causes to minimize breakdowns.
- Lead, assign, and monitor daily tasks of maintenance technicians.
- Coordinate with the Production Department to plan maintenance activities with minimal impact on operations.
- Supervise installation, commissioning, and start-up of new machinery and production lines.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations within maintenance activities.
- Monitor spare parts inventory and raise purchase requests when required.
- Prepare and submit maintenance reports, breakdown analysis, and downtime records to management.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
- Ensure maintenance activities comply with quality standards and plant technical requirements.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing plants, preferably in concrete or precast industries.
- Strong knowledge of concrete pole production equipment and mechanical/electrical systems.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing maintenance teams.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- Good understanding of workplace safety and preventive maintenance practices.
- Strong problem-solving and reporting skills.
