Maintenance Technician Supervisor

Electro mechanical maintenance technician supervisor will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing both electrical and mechanical equipment used in our production and retail facilities. This role is crucial to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient operation of all machinery, including coffee machines, ovens, mixers, HVAC systems, and packaging equipment.

This role includes some management, creation of preventative maintenance plan and managing a technician.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment used in bakery and coffee production.

Diagnose faults and breakdowns to minimize downtime and production loss.

Create, implement, and manage a comprehensive preventive maintenance plan for all electro-mechanical systems and machinery.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

Collaborate with operations and production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting business flow.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards in all maintenance work.

Assist in installing new machinery or upgrading existing equipment to improve efficiency.

Source and manage spare parts inventory related to electro-mechanical equipment.

Provide technical support and training to staff when required.

Manage and supervise the General Maintenance Assistant responsible for electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance tasks.

Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of electrical systems, motors, PLCs, conveyor systems, and mechanical components.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and teamwork abilities.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

KSA Driving License is a must

Qualifications & Experience

Technical diploma or certification in electro-mechanical maintenance, electrical engineering, or related field.

3 years of Proven experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, preferably in food production or manufacturing environments.
