Responsibility:
Develop Technical Training courses in support of FLYNAS training requirements and for compliance of GACA/FAA/CAACI regulations and training standards.
Prepare lesson plans, training aids, written exercises, practical evaluation, and other related training material.
Prepare classroom and training Materials.
Monitor and evaluate the quality and effectiveness of assigned courses through Training effectiveness and feedback forms and make recommendations for improvement.
Co-ordinates and schedule classrooms availability, audio-visual aids, aircraft and ground equipment, as required to conduct training sessions.
Record the daily attendance and performance of assigned students.
Perform OJT as required.
Perform other duties as assigned by senior manager/manager technical training.
Ensure that maintenance training complies with flynas policies and processes, practices and systems, and maintain flynas high standard of work and work ethic.
Perform any other assignment from the line Manager or his designee.
Assist and coaching team members in performing their duties.
Provide quarterly/ monthly/ weekly reports or as per the line manager request on all transaction commenced on concerned period
Qualifications:
4-6 years of experience Minimum
Must have strong communications and interpersonal skills and be able to read, write and speak good command of English.
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is mandatory.
High School and Aircraft Maintenance diploma as a minimum or Bachelor in Aeronautical/Aerospace Engineering.
