We are seeking a highly skilled
Maintenance Supervisor to lead and optimize maintenance processes within a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience supervising maintenance operations in the home appliances, manufacturing, or industrial production industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficient machine availability and operational performance.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime and maintain equipment efficiency (OEE).
- Monitor equipment performance and promptly address any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to support continuous production.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
- Enforce safety regulations and best practices during maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to align maintenance tasks with production needs.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance technical skills and safety awareness.
- Manage spare parts inventory and stock.
Qualifications:
- Certificate from a related Technical Institution.
- 5-7 years of experience in maintenance supervision within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of machinery maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance procedures.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in maintenance management software is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging situations.
Location: 10th of Ramadan, Egypt
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Days Off: Friday and Saturday
