We are currently seeking an experienced and driven
Team Lead for our Malaysian FX Conversion Desk at a well-established brokerage firm based in Dubai.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent Malaysian speaker
- Minimum 1 year of experience in FX Conversion as TL
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Currently based in Dubai or open to relocating on short notice
- Experience in building or growing a Conversion desk is a strong advantage
