About the Role:

KAD Commercial Property Management is seeking to hire a Mall Manager 4-5 years of experience in a mall management position to join our dynamic team. Job location is in a prestigious mall in Sheikh Zayed.

Required skills:

• 3-5 years of Mall Management experience is a MUST
• Strong knowledge of business planning, budgeting, contract negotiation, customer service, event planning, tenant relations, mall marketing, leasing SLA management
• Has a good network of prospect tenants
• Good computer skills
• University graduate preferably in a relevant major
• Presentable and possesses superior communication skills and tact
• Good command of English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
• A resident of Giza/ Sheikh Zayed

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree from a renowned university.

Pay range and compensation package:

Competitive salary based on experience.
