Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Inventory and Accounts Manager with strong expertise in Next ERP Systems and advanced Excel. The candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, product costing, bills of material, and accounts-related data with accuracy and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inventory and stock movement using Next ERP.
Create, update, and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) in the ERP system.
Monitor raw material, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
Calculate and control product costing, including material, labor, and overhead costs.
Track purchases, sales, stock adjustments, and transfers.
Ensure accurate posting of invoices, payments, and inventory transactions.
Generate inventory and accounts reports for management review.
Reconcile stock records between physical inventory and system data.
Coordinate with production, sales, and purchasing teams.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience working with Next ERP Systems or other related ERP
Advance Excel Formula : Condition & lookup Formulas, Pivot Table etc.
Full Time: (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM) One Hour Break Time
Salary: 200 to 300
Visa Must Be Transferable : 18 Shoon (Aheli)
