Management Consultants

We are looking for management consultants ( Junior and Mid level ) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. We are only seeking candidates who have prior experience working in a reputable management consulting firm.

Key Role:

Work with organizations to execute projects targeted at improving organizational effectiveness, including those focused on strategic planning, entity setup, public policy, performance management, and business process reengineering. Serve as a member of the project team, providing analytical supportto project teams and conducting research and data analysis to support the team's recommendations. Execute project work plans in the field and identify and provide best practice information to solve clients needs.

Desired Skills and Experience

• 3 -8 yearsof experience preferred, with a minimumof 2 yearswith a management consulting firm.
• Experience instrategy design& implementation,organizational assessment, performance management,and business process reengineering.
• Experience in working with the public sector in UAE is a must.
• Project management certification such as PMP is a plus.
• Graduate of a top-tier university MBA or an equivalent master's degree a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic).
