This role support the CEO in daily administrative tasks and assist in internal/external communications, Customer relations and Project management.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
Handle internal and external communications on behalf of the CEO.
Prepare presentations, documents, and other materials as required.
Customer Communication
Act as a point of contact for external customers, addressing inquiries and providing information to support sales activities.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met and follow up on sales leads.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other customer-related documentation.
Maintain a database of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up on all customer communications.
Project Support
Assist in special projects as directed by the CEO, including research, data analysis, and project coordination.
Support cross-functional teams as needed to ensure the successful completion of projects.
Continuous Improvement
Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency within the role and the broader organization.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices relevant to the company's business.
Skills and Attributes Required
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with external customers and internal team members.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
