Manager AI Transformation & Strategy (6-Week Project | Agriculture)
Quantum One is seeking a Manager with consulting and strategic project experience to lead AI transformation engagements for an agricultural company over a 6-week project.
In this role, you will act as the bridge between business strategy and advanced AI solutions. You will shape and architect AI-driven initiatives, while owning the client relationship to ensure delivery excellence and measurable commercial impact.

What You'll Do
- Lead Client Engagements
- Own end-to-end delivery of complex AI workstreams
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Maintain a relentless focus on business value and strategic impact
Translate Business Needs into Technical Solutions
- Partner with client executives (VPs, Directors) to diagnose ambiguous and complex business challenges
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical roadmaps your team can execute
Manage Stakeholders & Expectations
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Navigate complex organizational dynamics
- Present insights to non-technical, C-suite audiences
- Set and manage expectations around feasibility, timelines, and impact
Drive Practice Growth
- Identify follow-on opportunities by demonstrating the value of additional AI and data initiatives
- Contribute to firm intellectual property by codifying successful delivery methodologies
What You Bring
- 6+ years of experience in data science consulting or high-velocity AI product development, with a strong track record of leading client-facing engagements
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex analytical outcomes into clear, compelling business narratives
- Ability to explain why a model matters, not just how it works
- Proven experience delivering production-ready solutions that generated measurable ROI (not just slideware)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Economics, or a related quantitative field
- MBA or advanced technical degree is a strong plus
- Fluency in Russian is required
- Prior experience in the agricultural or agribusiness sector is highly preferred
