Job Description
Overseeing the commercial & contractual audits of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes auditing in the pre-contract activities such as tendering, cost planning, and contract negotiation, as well as during the post-contract activities like cost control, variation claims and final account settlement
Pre Contract:
- Audit tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates.
- Support procurement strategy and subcontractor selection.
- Review and audit contractual terms and conditions with clients and vendors.
- Audit commercial input during project planning and design stages.
Post Contract:
- Monitor project budgets vs actual spends, cash flow, and cost reporting.
- Audit variations, claims, and contractual correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timelines.
- Review the agreement of interim and final accounts.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Eng. or related field.
- Experience on high end luxury high / mid rise tower projects, master community & hospitality projects.
