Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Ensure full alignment on definitions and measurement of commercial, customer & operational KPIs.
  • Extend segment yearly budgets +2 years (Business plan) aligned with EITC strategy.
  • Identify areas of automation which minimize daily/weekly/monthly operational work.
  • Review weekly and monthly performance review with scorecard holders.
  • Lead detailed variance analysis of actual vs. target as well as root cause analysis of underperforming KPIs.
  • Raise performance risks and business opportunities in time to support target fulfillment
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models.
  • Identify trends, advise and recommend actions based on thorough analysis.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Finance / Business Management

Experience

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in analysis, reporting roles (preferably in telecom industry)
  • Good understanding of planning, budgeting, business in telco
