Manager, Corporate Finance (1-year contract)

Join our team as a Manager on a contract basis, where you'll oversee a diverse portfolio of investments while engaging in financial analysis and operational support. Responsibilities

• Oversee portfolio optimization initiatives for private companies. Monitor and provide updates on the portfolio of funds and direct investments, including the review of management and financial reports. Assist in the assessment of investments and valuations, including financial forecasts, scenario analysis, DCF and IRR analysis, and comparables assessment. Perform general administrative tasks, such as preparing management reports and maintaining internal dashboards. Monitor the performance of public portfolio companies and assist with corporate actions and compliance with relevant regulations. Support the management of the portfolio, including participating in company meetings and addressing portfolio matters.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business. 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance. Solid understanding of venture capital or private equity investments, with knowledge of legal matters being advantageous. Excellent relationship management skills. Motivated team player with a positive mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
