Role Summary
The Manager - Creative Design will play a key role in developing and executing the brand strategy across all our markets. Based in Jordan, the role holder will be the central coordinator for creative development, ensuring consistent brand expression and high-quality execution across campaigns, brand assets, onsite merchandising, CRM, and performance marketing.
ROLE PROFILE
- Lead brand strategy and development initiatives, supporting the Director of Digital Marketing in shaping and evolving brand positioning, tone of voice, and identity across all markets.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints while adapting communications for regional and local market needs.
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing, studio, and creative agenciesbriefing, managing, and approving creative work across campaigns, activations, CRM, performance media, and brand assets.
- Oversee production and quality assurance for marketing materials across CRM, onsite merchandising, performance channels, and brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategy, deadlines, and brand standards.
- Lead consumer and market research projects, translating insights into actionable strategies, creative briefs, and performance recommendations in partnership with analytics and strategy teams.
- Manage agency and vendor relationships, including budgets, scopes, and performance, while driving innovation and ensuring high-quality, efficient delivery.
- Coordinate multi-country brand activations, stunts, and events, working closely with regional marketing teams to strengthen brand storytelling and increase consumer engagement.
- Ensure strong operational control, including project pipeline management, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and adherence to MAFR's human capital processes and development standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; an MBA is a strong plus for strategic leadership.
- 8+ years of experience in brand management, creative marketing, or integrated campaign leadership, ideally within Ecommerce, FMCG, or tech/startup environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, creative production workflows, and multimarket brand-building, with proven ability to manage creative agencies and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent project and pipeline management skills, with exceptional attention to detail, timeline discipline, and stakeholder coordination.
- Analytical and insights-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using consumer research, data, and market insights to influence brand and campaign strategies.
- Fluent in English with strong communication abilities; Arabic highly preferred, along with familiarity with the MENA region's culture, audience behavior, and digital usage patterns. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
