Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee crusher operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and mentor a team of operators, technicians, and maintenance staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients for smooth operations.
- Monitor equipment performance, implement maintenance schedules, and optimize processes.
- Prepare reports on operational performance, resource utilization, and departmental outcomes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mining, or related Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in crusher operations, mining, or heavy equipment management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of crusher equipment, materials handling, and safety standards.
- Proficient in operational monitoring tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
