At least 4-6 years of experience in interaction design, UI, Design system management or a related field, with experience managing or supporting design system creation and maintenance.
Responsible for supporting and managing the design system. This role ensures that all digital products maintain a cohesive visual and interactive experience across various platforms.
Collaborates with UX designers, UI designers, developers, and product teams to ensure consistent usage of components, patterns, and design guidelines while promoting scalability and efficiency in design and development processes.
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to ensure design system is well understood and effectively used.
Strong knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and atomic design principles. Excellent organizational and documentation skills with the ability to maintain design system standards. Strong communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
