Manager, Engineering (Emiratisation)

Description

* Oversee engineering and technical solutions for assets in the development phase.

* Provide technical support to optimize performance and extend asset life-cycles.

* Manage budget planning for projects and O&M companies, ensuring financial feasibility.

* Conduct technical due diligence for bids and M&A activities.

* Lead technical negotiations for key project agreements, including EPC and LTSA contracts.

* Ensure compliance with all contractual agreements throughout development and operations.

* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Requirements:
