Proactively identify, analyse, and prioritise potential risks to the group's objectives, operations, and assets
Develop and implement risk management strategies and mitigation plans in collaboration with stakeholders
Evaluate and manage insurance policies and coverage, and lead insurance workstreams for new projects
Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare risk management reports for stakeholders
Work closely with senior management, business subsidiaries, and joint ventures
Foster a risk-aware culture within the organisation and encourage proactive risk identification approaches

Requirements
UAE National with Family Book; fluent in Arabic and English
Minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in risk management and/or insurance within an infrastructure-focused business (e.g., National Grid or similar sectors)
Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business administration, or a related field
Professional certifications such as Certified Enterprise Risk Manager (CERM), ISO 31000 Enterprise Risk Management, or similar are highly preferred
Strong understanding of insurance principles and practices
Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements and compliance related to risk management and insurance within the UAE
