Manager - Enterprise Solutions Management

About the Role:

KSIADC is seeking a Manager Enterprise Solutions Management to manage enterprise systems operations and ensure they support business and airport operational needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of enterprise systems including ERP, HCM, Finance, and Procurement platforms

Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability across all business functions

Coordinate with vendors and service providers for support, enhancements, and issue resolution

Manage system upgrades, patches, and release deployments

Oversee system integrations between enterprise and airport systems

Monitor system performance and proactively resolve issues impacting users

Lead testing activities including SIT and UAT to ensure system quality

Ensure compliance with IT governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory requirements

Support business units in capturing requirements and translating them into system changes

Track and manage incidents, problems, and service requests

Maintain system documentation, processes, and user guides

Support automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency

Monitor system usage and drive user adoption across departments

Manage small to mid-scale system projects and enhancements.

Report on system performance, risks, and improvements to leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 710 years in enterprise systems.
