Job Purpose: As the Manager GRC, your role is to develop and implement a comprehensive Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) framework to protect the foundation's interests, mitigate risks, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements
Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a robust GRC framework, including policies, procedures, and standards.
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize organizational risks.
- Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and report on GRC performance and metrics.
- Develop and maintain a compliance calendar to track regulatory deadlines and obligations.
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify compliance gaps and control weaknesses.
- Collaborate with departments to embed a risk-aware culture.
- Develop and deliver compliance training programs to employees.
- Manage and coordinate incident response activities.
- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the organization in achieving and maintaining certifications (if applicable).
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in law, Legal Studies, or equivalent.
- 6+ years of proven experience in legal and GRC roles, preferably in the entertainment industry
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian legal frameworks and regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of GRC frameworks and methodologies.
- Risk assessment and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Project management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
