Manager HR Business Partner who is passionate about supporting employees and strengthening organizational performance.
In this role, you will partner with leaders and teams to shape a positive employee experience, drive HR initiatives, and support talent development across the organization. You will play a key role in employee engagement, workforce planning, HR reporting, and continuous improvement of HR processes ensuring teams across Dubai Media feel supported, aligned, and empowered to succeed.
What you'll do:
- Build strong partnerships with business leaders and provide HR guidance on people-related matters.
- Support the implementation of HR programs including onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Advise on employee relations matters and help resolve workplace concerns effectively and professionally.
- Analyze HR data and prepare reports to support decision-making and workforce planning.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR policies, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
- Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, collaboration, and organizational culture.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Must be a UAE National
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. (Unrelated degrees are welcome if you have the right skillset or work experience)
- Minimum 6 years of experience, preferably in an HR Business Partnering or generalist role.
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
