Job Title: Manager - IT

Job Summary
The Manager - IT will oversee IT operations and ensure effective implementation and management of technology solutions that support business objectives. The role requires strong expertise in SAP implementation, IT application management, and supply chain processes within the pharmaceutical or FMCG manufacturing industry, along with strong leadership capabilities to manage IT initiatives and teams.
This role is best suited for candidates with experience in the pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support SAP implementation, upgrades, integrations, and IT application management. Track progress, manage risks, and report updates to Hub Management and Central IT
- Act as the primary interface between business leaders and India Head Office IT, ensuring clear communication of requirements, SAP implementation across all modules, and IT initiatives
- Business Process Analysis & Process Improvement
- Identify current business process improvement and pain points especially the local nuances
- Drive application adoption, ensuring solutions align with both regional business strategy and central IT standards.
- Project Management/ Deployment:
- Lead or support IT project deployment related to application upgrades, integrations, and new technology deployments.
- Report progress, key risks, and achievements to Hub management and Central IT.
- Training & Change Enablement:
- Train users on new applications and business processes to maximize adoption.
- Sponsor continuous improvement and ensure feedback loops with end users.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP implementation and support across multiple modules, along with IT application management.
- Overall 9-16 years of IT management experience, with mandatory experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or FMCG manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of SAP and supply chain management processes.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
