About the Job

The Kids Club Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club, ensuring a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children while delivering exceptional service to guests and members. This role manages the planning and execution of age-appropriate recreational, educational, and entertainment activities, while maintaining the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and guest satisfaction. The Kids Club Manager supervises the team, manages schedules and activity programs, ensures compliance with health and safety standards, and works closely with other departments to create memorable family-friendly experiences that enhance the hotel's overall guest offering.

About You

• Diploma or degree in Hospitality, Recreation, Education, Childcare, Early Childhood Development, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Kids Club, recreation, childcare, family entertainment, or a similar role within hospitality, leisure, resort, or recreational environments.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
• Certification in First Aid, CPR, or child safeguarding is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of child safety, activity planning, guest service, and recreation operations.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Positive, energetic, creative, and approachable personality with a genuine passion for working with children.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents, guests, and colleagues.
• Highly organized with strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Responsible, patient, attentive, and safety conscious.
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and peak operational periods.
