Job Purpose:
To lead and manage all areas of landscape design, installation, and maintenance, ensuring the creation of visually appealing, functional, and sustainable outdoor environments. The Manager, Landscape will spearhead a team of skilled professionals, collaborate closely with clients, and oversee the successful completion of projects within set timelines and budgets. This role demands a commitment to excellence, innovation, and environmental stewardship, ensuring that every project meets the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
Principal Accountabilities:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop landscape plans: Create detailed designs and blueprints to ensure aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor spaces.
- Oversee project execution: Supervise the implementation of landscape plans to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Manage team: Coordinate and manage landscape staff and contractors to ensure efficient and effective project execution.
- Conduct site assessments: Evaluate project sites to identify opportunities and constraints for landscape design.
- Select materials and plants: Choose appropriate landscaping materials and plants to meet design, environmental, and sustainability goals.
- Monitor project progress: Track and report on landscaping project milestones to ensure timely completion and address issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance: Verify that projects comply with regulatory and environmental standards to maintain legal and environmental adherence.
- Prepare budgets: Develop and manage project budgets to ensure financial control and proper resource allocation.
- Communicate with stakeholders: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Academic Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or Agricultural Engineering, Masters is much preferrable
- PMP
Years Of Experience
Minimum of 12 years of experience in Landscaping Operations (Urban)
