We are seeking a Manager Life Support Systems to lead daily operations of our aquatic engineering infrastructure. This role is about more than machines it's about ensuring that the Red Sea's story can be brought to life for the world.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the daily operation of advanced water treatment and life support systems.
  • Supervise and mentor Assistant Managers and Specialists in a high-performance team.
  • Collaborate with curators, veterinarians, and aquarists to ensure healthy, thriving exhibits.
  • Take responsibility for troubleshooting and rapid response to technical challenges.
  • Contribute to system upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and new projects.

What We're Looking For

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Environmental Engineering.
  • 810 years experience in aquatic systems or water treatment, with supervisory experience.
  • Hands-on expertise in pumps, filtration, ozone, UV, and monitoring systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A professional who sees engineering as essential to life and conservation.
