We are seeking an experienced Manager of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts in India. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies, managing teams, and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market share.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.
• Manage and optimize marketing campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and report on ROI of campaigns and initiatives.
• Oversee marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to achieve goals and foster a high-performance culture.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8-10 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically to solve problems and capitalize on opportunities.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
