We are looking for a Manager – Martech Operations & Enablement to ensure the reliability, scalability and speed of Martech operations by owning tracking, data flows, and integrations, while actively driving execution across engineering teams and independently resolving technical challenges where possible. This role will act as the operational backbone of Martech, combining strong technical understanding with hands-on execution to ensure business priorities are delivered efficiently.

Job Location: Dubai

Responsibilities:

The Manager – Martech Operations & Enablement will own the end-to-end operational health of the Martech ecosystem, including tracking, product feeds, SDKs and integrations.

You will work closely with Engineering teams to deliver Martech initiatives, while also bringing the technical capability to challenge timelines, unblock dependencies and, where appropriate, directly contribute to implementation.

This role requires a balance of technical knowledge; execution focus and the ability to operate with urgency in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end tracking and tagging frameworks across web and app (GA4, GTM, Firebase)
  • Manage product feeds, catalog integrations and Martech data flows
  • Partner with Engineering teams to implement SDKs (Firebase, Branch) and technical enhancements
  • Actively drive Martech backlog execution, ensuring timely delivery of priorities
  • Challenge timelines, propose solutions and unblock dependencies across Tech teams
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve tracking or integration issues where possible
  • Support implementation of Martech changes (tagging, configuration, integrations) in alignment with Engineering
  • Establish monitoring frameworks to proactively detect and resolve issues
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across Martech platforms
  • Document processes and create scalable operational standards

Qualifications:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in Martech operations, implementation or digital analytics
  • Proven experience working closely with Engineering teams on tracking, SDKs or integrations
  • Experience in ecommerce or digital product environments

Key Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience with:

Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Firebase, Branch (or similar mobile attribution / SDK tools)

Tracking implementation, event schemas and tagging frameworks

  • Solid understanding of APIs, data flows and system integrations
  • Experience working with product feeds and catalog structures
  • Ability to debug, diagnose and resolve data or tracking issues
  • Working knowledge of HTML, JavaScript or similar (preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management with ability to challenge and influence Engineering teams
