Job Summary
The Broker Relations Manager is responsible for building, managing, and expanding relationships with real estate brokerage firms and independent brokers across Dubai. The role focuses on driving sales through the broker channel, ensuring strong project visibility, maintaining compliance with RERA regulations, and achieving sales targets for the developer's residential and/or mixed-use portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Broker Network Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with registered real estate brokers and agencies in Dubai
- Identify, onboard, and activate new brokerage firms and channel partners
- Act as the primary point of contact between the developer and broker community
Sales & Channel Performance
- Drive sales through the broker channel to meet and exceed assigned targets
- Monitor broker performance, lead conversion, and sales pipeline
- Ensure brokers are well-informed on inventory availability, pricing, and offers
Project Promotion & Training
- Conduct broker briefings, roadshows, site visits, and training sessions
- Present project USPs, payment plans, market positioning, and investment potential
- Support marketing initiatives aimed at broker engagement and lead generation
Coordination & Internal Liaison
- Coordinate closely with internal sales, marketing, CRM, and legal teams
- Ensure timely issuance of Form A/B, commission agreements, and approvals
- Resolve broker queries related to pricing, availability, commissions, and documentation
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure all broker dealings comply with RERA and Dubai Land Department regulations
- Maintain updated records of broker registrations, agreements, and performance reports
- Monitor commission structures and ensure accurate payouts
Market Intelligence
- Track market trends, competitor projects, pricing strategies, and broker feedback
- Provide regular insights to management on broker sentiment and market demand
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales volume and value generated through broker channel
- Active broker network growth
- Conversion ratio from broker leads to sales
- Broker engagement and retention levels
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field
Experience
- 515 years of experience in real estate sales and channel management in the UAE
- Proven experience working with developers and broker networks in Dubai
- Strong understanding of off-plan and ready property sales
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Strong presentation and communication abilities
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations
- Results-oriented with strong commercial acumen
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
