Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Dubai. The Sales Manager will oversee sales operations, manage a team of sales professionals, and develop strategies to meet sales targets. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, providing professional guidance to the sales team, conducting market research, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additionally, the Sales Manager will coordinate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership
  • Strong client relationship-building skills and customer service orientation
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly desirable
