Job Description

Job Summary:

The role is responsible for managing the enterprise talent development strategy by ensuring seamless implementation of integrated talent, learning, and leadership frameworks to build organizational capability, strengthen leadership pipelines, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Provide guidance in developing and implementing integrated talent management and learning strategies by aligning frameworks, programs, and priorities with organizational goals to build sustainable capability and leadership strength.
  • Ensure developing and specify competency frameworks by defining standards that guide recruitment, development, and performance expectations to ensure consistent capability development across the organization.
  • Manage and monitor succession planning processes by ensuring approved methodologies and governance are applied to ensure sustainable leadership pipelines and critical role readiness.
  • Manage the implementation of employee assessment tools and talent review processes by setting consistent criteria and governance to evaluate skills, potential, and readiness for advancement.
  • Oversee and ensure career development, mentoring, and coaching programs by guiding implementation and integration to support employee growth, engagement, and retention.
  • Determine and prepare training needs analyses and learning roadmaps by guiding the analysis of capability gaps and business priorities to deliver targeted learning and e‑learning solutions.
  • Manage and ensure leadership development programs by guiding design and delivery to strengthen managerial and executive capabilities aligned with Reemat's organizational needs.
  • Monitor the analysis of talent and learning metrics by ensuring collection of insights on impact and gaps to guide improvements and inform strategic talent decisions.
  • Facilitate and ensure a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing by guiding initiatives and practices that promote professional growth across the organization.

Academic and professional qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or equivalent

languages

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
