PHD is a global communications planning and media buying agency network delivering smart strategic thinking and creative innovation for the world's leading brands.

Key Requirements

We are currently seeking a Manager Planning:

  • Develop and execute media plans for clients that align with business goals, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand objectives and deliver strategic recommendations based on research, trends, and insights.
  • Evaluate media platforms and recommend the best mix of channels to optimize reach, and engagement.
  • Oversee the implementation of media plans, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet client objectives.
  • Optimize campaigns in real-time, adjusting strategies based on performance data to maximize results.
  • Monitor industry trends, and audience behavior to recommend new opportunities for clients.
  • Work closely with creative teams to ensure that media planning is aligned with creative direction and messaging.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding media planning, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing recommendations for future media planning.
  • Develop and manage media budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently and cost-effectively.
  • Continuously evaluate the success of media campaigns and adjust strategies based on results to achieve the desired outcomes.
  • Promote collaboration, creativity, and innovation within the media planning team to enhance overall performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in media planning, media buying, or a related role, preferably within an agency or media company.
  • Strong understanding of media landscape, including digital, print, and emerging channels.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to lead, collaborate, and inspire a team in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
