Noon's fastest hyper-local delivery platform, offers a localized assortment of FMCG & grocery products. Currently live across the UAE and Saudi Arabia, offering thousands of products to customers in record time.

What you'll do:
- Build data-driven scalable solutions to improve supply chain efficiency
- Monitor key metrics, perform RCA, and prepare mitigation strategies if needed
- Take ownership of business metrics end-to-end - from extracting and exploring data, gathering hypotheses, building a structured analysis, to rigorously evaluating methods and results
- Produce trends and charts for performance monitoring & control on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Implement innovative strategies to improve rider operations and customer experience metrics
- Ensure adherence to SOPs
What you'll need:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a Logistics Planning or similar analytical role
- Bachelor degree in a quantitative subject
- Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/GSheets
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong analytical and statistical analysis skills to extract insights and recommendations
- Ability to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty
- Capable of working in highly ambiguous situations comfortably
- Understanding Logistics metrics and stakeholder management
- Ability to accommodate flexibility in the work schedule
