Job Description

Summary: The Product Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from conceptualization through to revenue ownership, while collaborating with various teams to ensure product success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage the product growth strategy and roadmap, coordinating with Sales, Marketing, and stakeholders.
  • Manage relationships with partners to maximize value and alignment with business objectives.
  • Execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) plans informed by market analysis.
  • Serve as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders on product marketing initiatives.
  • Present product strategies and outcomes to senior management.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in interpreting requirements, implementation, and product decisions.
  • Drive the sales process and qualify new partnership prospects.
  • Work with teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage product gross profit through effective pricing strategies.
  • Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure targets are met.
  • Define and prioritize backlog for new feature requirements.
  • Provide sales teams with guidance on product positioning and pricing.
  • Communicate updates, risks, and issues efficiently to stakeholders.
  • Pay attention to detail while managing multiple priorities.
  • Proactively resolve issues affecting strategic and financial objectives.
  • Support the creation of product collateral and sales resources.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams, ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in SaaS/CPaaS/CRM/CCaaS/BPO services.
  • Demonstrated success in partnership development and GTM strategy execution.
  • Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in analytics software, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with omni-channel digital communication.
  • Ability to create product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
