Job Description

Role Purpose

Manage project governance, scheduling, regulatory submissions, and cross-stakeholder coordination for the automotive manufacturing program, ensuring timely execution, compliance, and effective communication with internal teams, government authorities, and JV partners.

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance & Coordination

  • Lead scheduling of project milestones across all stakeholders.
  • Establish and manage a regular meeting cadence for internal, external, and JV stakeholders.
  • Track progress, issues, and action items, ensuring timely closure.

Regulatory & Government Liaison

  • Prepare, submit, and monitor applications, licenses, and permits with government and non-government authorities.
  • Liaise with Government Relations and relevant departments to secure approvals at each stage of the project.
  • Ensure adherence to all applicable Saudi regulations and localization requirements.

Documentation & Compliance

  • Act as the custodian of all legal, regulatory, and project documentation.
  • Maintain centralized records of contracts, submissions, permits, and correspondence.
  • Ensure audit compliance, traceability, and document integrity.

Reporting & Stakeholder Management

  • Prepare executive dashboards and status reports for senior leadership and JV partners.
  • Manage communication, expectation alignment, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support risk identification, escalation, and mitigation planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) preferred.
  • Fluent Arabic & English (written and verbal).

Experience

  • 510 years of experience in PMO, governance, or complex industrial/manufacturing projects.
  • Experience dealing with Saudi authorities, licensing, and regulatory processes preferred.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced environments.
