Strategic Government Relations
- Develop and implement the organization's government relations strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships with ministries, free zones, semi-government bodies, and embassies/consulates across the UAE and GCC.
- Represent the company at official meetings, conferences, and events with government authorities to strengthen corporate visibility and partnerships.
Regulatory Compliance and Oversight
- Oversee all corporate documentation, renewals, permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals in the UAE and GCC.
- Ensure compliance with changing laws and regulations affecting company operations and employees.
- Act as the primary liaison with relevant authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve any compliance challenges.
Leadership and Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop the PRO team, ensuring adherence to company policies and consistent delivery of high-quality service.
- Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and foster continuous improvement within the team.
- Establish efficient processes for documentation, visa management, and permit renewals to ensure operational excellence.
Stakeholder Engagement and Advisory
- Provide expert advice to management on government-related matters, policies, and procedural updates.
- Support strategic initiatives and projects requiring government or regulatory engagement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely completion of government transactions and compliance obligations.
Regional and Cross-Border Relations
- Manage and support government-related operations across GCC and Arab countries, ensuring unified compliance standards.
- Stay informed of regional regulatory trends and provide recommendations to adapt organizational practices accordingly.
