We're Hiring: Manager – Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) | Dubai
At Plaza Premium Group, we are redefining the airport hospitality experience and we're looking for someone who can take our proposition to market and win.
We're hiring a Manager a Sales & Partnerships (Travel Trade) based in Dubai someone who doesn't just understand the UAE travel trade landscape, but knows how to position, pitch and sell a premium product with confidence and impact.
This is not a passive account management role. You will be responsible for actively driving sales, building partnerships from the ground up and turning opportunities into measurable business growth.
You will represent Plaza Premium Group in the market owning conversations, pitching our services and ensuring our brand stands out across the travel trade ecosystem.
If you've worked in a DMC, OTA, or tour operator environment and know how to open doors, influence decisions and close deals this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Knows how to sell not just maintain relationships, but convert them into revenue
✔ Has a strong network across travel agents, DMCs, and tour operators in the UAE/GCC
✔ Can confidently present and position Plaza Premium Group's value proposition to partners
✔ Brings 5–10 years of experience in travel trade sales or partnerships
✔ Understands distribution channels, pricing, and trade dynamics
✔ Is commercially driven and thrives on closing end-to-end deals
✔ Is proactive, hands-on, and results-oriented
