The Role
As a Senior Client Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to a portfolio of high-value accounts. You will be tasked with:
- Analysing complex client environments to identify business requirements and articulating technology value in the client's own terms.
- Managing the end-to-end sales cycle for ICT solutions, including Infrastructure, Data Centres, Networking, and Cyber Security.
- Collaborating with an expert in-house pre-sales team to architect large-scale solution orders.
- Maintaining deep relationships with key decision-makers across diverse verticals such as BFSI, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Logistics.
- Developing and executing go-to-market strategies while managing vendor relationships, pricing, and profit margins.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the ICT sector.
- A proven track record of success with reputable UAE Systems Integrators.
- You must bring an active network of established client relationships across the UAE market.
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline is required. You should be comfortable discussing the technical side of the solution portfolio with stakeholders.
- Fluent Arabic speakers are required for these positions to manage specific regional accounts.
- Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills are essential for navigating complex commercial agreements.
