Location: Flexible/Rotational (Sri Lanka, India, and Dubai).
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales plans tailored to the Indian market and regional investors.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and corporate investors.
- Cross-Border Travel: Actively manage operations and client meetings across our offices in Sri Lanka, India, and Dubai.
- Performance Leadership: Meet and exceed aggressive sales KPIs while maintaining premium service standards.
What We're Looking For- Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Indian consumer mindset and investment patterns.
- Proven Experience: Minimum 58 years in a senior sales or business development role.
- The Dubai Advantage: Previous experience in the Dubai Real Estate sector is a significant plus and will put you at the top of our list.
- Adaptability: Ability to transition seamlessly between different business cultures and regulatory environments.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation skills with fluency in English and Hindi (additional Indian regional languages are a bonus).
