Job Description

Overview:

The Saudi Commission for Health Specialties which is a Saudi Arabian scientific commission that regulates health care-related practices and accreditation at all levels in Saudi Arabia.

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager to manage scheduling, communications, and collaboration across various departments. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to foster teamwork and efficiency within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain schedules for meetings and events related to the Secretary-General.
  • Ensure all necessary arrangements are made for meetings.
  • Oversee the administrative communications unit to ensure effective communication across departments.
  • Manage official correspondence and assigned it to relevant parties.
  • Coordinate and organize relevant conferences and events.
  • Review and analyze proposed partnerships, providing appropriate recommendations.
  • Prepare periodic reports on departmental performance and completed activities.
  • Propose suggestions for improving processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Facilitate information exchange and coordinate efforts to achieve common goals.

Required qualifications & Skills:

  • Excellent (English, Arabic) verbal and written communicational ability.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a well-organized schedule.
  • Proficiency in reviewing and analyzing data and partnerships.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
  • Strong aptitude for identifying issues and proposing solutions.
  • Strong ability to lead and mentor staff.
  • Proficient with office software and communication platforms.
  • Expertise in efficiently allocating time and resources.
  • Focus on accuracy in reports and correspondence.
  • Ability to build relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Competence in handling unexpected challenges.
  • Experience in planning and executing projects.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Communications, public relations, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in administrative roles.
