Job Description

Job Summary: The role will oversee facility operations such as cleaning, security, landscaping, catering, and waste management to ensure high-quality standards, safety compliance, and client satisfaction. The role will manage staff, control budgets, and monitor KPIs to maintain safe and hygienic environments.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Operational Management: Oversee daily operations of cleaning, landscaping, pest control, waste management, and office services.

  • Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure all services comply with local standards, local legislation, and safety regulations.

  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise soft services staff, including cleaners and supervisors.

  • Client Relations & SLAs: Act as the primary contact for clients, managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure high satisfaction.

  • Budgeting & Procurement: Manage operational budgets, control costs, and oversee the procurement of cleaning materials and supplies

Education, Experience and Skills:

Experience: Proven 12+ years of experience in facilities management, specifically in soft services. 5+ years if experience in a leadership role.

Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of health and safety standards.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
