Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager for an on-site role based in Abu Dhabi. The Assistant Project Manager will be responsible for assisting in project planning and execution, monitoring project timelines, ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials, coordinating inspections, and managing logistics processes to meet project requirements. The role includes collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project success and timely completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in Expeditor and Expediting processes to ensure timely delivery of materials and resources.
• Knowledge and skills in Project Management, including the ability to plan, monitor, and execute tasks to meet project goals.
• Familiarity with Inspection standards and practices to ensure compliance with project specifications.
• Proficiency in Logistics Management tasks such as supply chain coordination and transportation planning.
• Strong communication and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to perform under strict deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Qualifications or certifications in Project Management or a related field are advantageous.
• Experience in the IT or technology sector preferred but not required.
