Job Purpose

The Strategy Execution Manager is accountable for analysis, successful monitoring and measurement of strategic initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration. Works closely with key stakeholders to measure & monitor progress, identify and mitigate risks, and make data-driven decisions to ensure the successful achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Measure, monitor and evaluate the progress of strategic projects and initiatives, identifying any potential risks or obstacles and taking proactive measures to mitigate them: Progress vs plan; KPI measurement and impact tracking; and Dependency resolution
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare and present reports on strategy execution progress, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Track delivery against milestones, KPIs, and financial impact targets.
  • Prepare & present update reports excel spreadsheets and power point presentations for management updates.

Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferably in STEM (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) field) or Accounting/Statistics
  • CFA is an added advantage

Required Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting and project management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • High level of adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge and understanding of market trends and dynamics.
  • Proficiency in using strategic planning tools and software.
