Job Purpose:

To lead the development, execution, and monitoring of organizational strategy, performance management, and planning activities. The role ensures strategic alignment across departments, drives performance measurement through KPIs and dashboards, and supports leadership with insights to enable data-driven decision-making and achievement of strategic objectives.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead the annual and multi-year strategic planning cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational vision and priorities.
  • Translate strategic objectives into measurable KPIs, targets, and performance frameworks across departments.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of performance dashboards, scorecards, and reports for executive management.
  • Monitor organizational performance against strategic goals and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure alignment between strategic initiatives, operational plans, and budgets.
  • Lead the strategy execution governance, including tracking initiatives, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Conduct performance reviews, deep-dive analyses, and benchmarking studies to support continuous improvement.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, strategy updates, and performance reports for leadership and committees.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Strategy, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in similar position.
