Manager - Supply Planning

We are looking for a Manager Supply Planning who will play a critical role in driving inventory availability and efficiency across stores and e-commerce channels.

Education - MBA from top tier B Schools.

Location - Dubai

The Role

As Manager Supply Planning, you won't just manage stock you'll architect availability. You will align supply plans with seasonal buying strategies to ensure seamless execution of collections, campaigns, and promotions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute supply plans aligned with buying and merchandising calendars
• Forecast product requirements using historical sales trends, sell-through, and assortment performance
• Monitor stock levels across stores and DCs to balance availability and inventory efficiency
• Coordinate with Buying, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow
• Support seasonal launches with accurate demand forecasting and allocation
• Manage product life cycles including replenishment, phase-outs, and markdown planning
• Identify slow-moving or overstocked SKUs and drive corrective actions

What We're Looking For

Strong experience in Supply Planning / Demand Planning within retail or fashion

Strong analytical skills with expertise in forecasting and inventory optimization

Experience working with merchandising calendars and seasonal buying cycles

Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive execution

Proficiency in ERP / planning tools and advanced Excel
