Job Description
The Technology Program Management Office is accountable for building, creating, overseeing, and guiding cross-functional programs within the technology organization, aligned with the technology strategy. The office establishes a program governance environment for enhanced performance and continuous value-driven delivery through collaboration, engagement, and communication. A key focus for this role is the leadership and management of AI-related initiatives, including the deployment, implementation, and ongoing management of AI solutions such as co-pilot rollouts.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of technology strategy with a strong emphasis on AI-driven programs and initiatives, ensuring successful identification, management, and control of strategic AI projects across the CTIO organization and other CXO areas.
- Drive the rollout, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions (e.g., co-pilot, enterprise AI platforms), overseeing end-to-end program management, governance, and performance monitoring.
- Act as the subject matter expert for AI program management, providing guidance on best practices for deploying and managing AI technologies at scale.
- Manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders, both technical and non-technical, ensuring effective communication, engagement, and alignment on AI-related objectives.
- Establish and maintain program governance for AI initiatives, including quality assurance, risk management, business continuity, and compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with strategy and architecture teams to define and execute AI strategies, translating business needs into actionable AI projects and programs.
- Oversee program/project plans for AI initiatives, including dependencies, work breakdown structures, risk registers, and performance tracking.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management on the progress and impact of AI programs, including dashboards and KPIs specific to AI adoption and performance.
- Manage resource allocation for AI projects, ensuring the right expertise is assigned to deliver value and achieve strategic goals.
- Provide analytics and financial calculations related to AI program delivery, including progress tracking and critical path analysis.
- Guide and mentor program managers on AI program management, establishing plans and goals for various AI-related projects and milestones.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of management experience, with proven expertise in leading AI-related projects and programs.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience deploying, implementing, and managing complex AI solutions (such as co-pilot or enterprise AI platforms) at a managerial level.
- Demonstrated ability to confidently engage and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of AI technologies, trends, and best practices in program management (not hands-on coding or development).
