We are looking to hire a Manager – Total Rewards who will be responsible for developing and executing total rewards strategies, manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics for our client based in Dubai, UAE – which is one of the largest companies in the region.
This is a permanent role within the organization.
The role sits within the Human Resources Department and reports directly to the VP of HR.
We are looking for a passionate Manager – Total Rewards who will drive strategic workforce planning, design compensation and benefits frameworks, and deliver actionable insights to support business decisions. You should also have experience in manpower forecasting, workforce modelling, cost optimisation, and managing rewards programs in dynamic and complex business environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Total Rewards strategy.
- Lead manpower planning cycles, including headcount planning, workforce forecasting, and budgeting aligned to business strategy.
- Drive workforce analytics and reporting, delivering actionable insights to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
- Oversee annual compensation review cycles, including merit increases, bonuses, and promotions.
- Manage employee benefits programs and vendor relationships to ensure effectiveness and cost control.
- Partner with Finance and business leaders on workforce budgeting, cost tracking, and financial planning.
- Support operations and asset-based workforce requirements, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization of resources.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and organizational policies.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards and Workforce Planning team.
- Drive process improvements, automation, and HR transformation initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or any relevant.
- Minimum of 8 years experiene in Total Rewards.
- Strong expertise in manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce analytics.
- Experience across headcount planning, demand & supply forecasting, workforce modelling, scenario planning, and cost optimisation.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, scenario modelling) with large datasets.
- Strong understanding of cost structures, Total Fixed Pay (TFP), headcount governance, and financial planning.
- Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making.
- Experience in strategic workforce planning and long-term forecasting.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across HR, Finance, and business leaders.
- Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- High attention to detail with a strong strategic perspective.
- Proven people leadership skills to build and develop high-performing teams.
