Job Description

Job Summary:

The Manager - Treasury Operations, based in Dubai, is responsible for managing the Group's treasury operations, including cash management, liquidity planning, banking relationships, and funding support across multiple entities. The role ensures effective cash utilization, strong treasury controls, and timely reporting to support business and financial objectives.

Job Responsibilities Will Include:

Manage daily cash positioning, bank balances, and liquidity across the Group.

Prepare and review cash flow forecasts and liquidity plans.

Manage banking relationships, account administration, and banking facilities.

Support funding activities, including intercompany financing and working capital optimization.

Monitor treasury-related risks including FX, interest rate, and counterparty exposure.

Ensure compliance with treasury policies, controls, and approval frameworks.

Review treasury transactions, payments, and intercompany settlements.

Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate treasury reporting.

Support treasury system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Prepare treasury reports and liquidity updates for senior management.

Support audits and liaise with banks and external stakeholders as required.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) qualification required.

812 years of relevant experience in treasury operations within a multi-entity or group environment.

Strong knowledge of cash management, banking, liquidity forecasting, and treasury controls.

Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
